Had some problems with my lower back couple of weeks ago. My doctor and I thought the cause of it was my new Fizik saddle I bought just before. Today I went to gym for some easy training, but the leg press was not a good idea. I felt slight pain in my lower back after the first set of 12 presses. Not nice. I have started to learn that I must do more core training to keep myself fit for cycling and a life itself. So, fellow men/women keep yourself fit for a longer miles and faster track laps.
